CSC Contract Hours Auto-Submit is an internal Google Apps Script web application used by the UBC Department of Urological Sciences to collect monthly contract-hours documentation from kidney-transplant surgeons on an approved roster, validate the submissions, and forward them to the contractually designated recipients.
Access is restricted to roster members who sign in with their Google account. The application is not offered to the general public.
You will be asked to sign in with your Google account. Only the email address you registered with the Contract Service Director can access the upload form.
